Plan your odyssey.
Step aboard and leave the ordinary behind. These sailing journeys are a chance to unwind, breathe, and enjoy the ride. Away from routines and constant noise, clarity comes naturally and fresh ideas surface almost effortlessly. Strategy can be serious, but the journey doesn’t have to be.

Find your Ithaka
(7 days ionian Islands, Greece)
You can run a company and still be lost at sea. This week is for naming what you’re truly building—both as an entrepreneur and as a human being. We cut through the noise, sharpen your “why”, and leave you with a compass you’ll actually trust (even when the waves get opinionated in the mesmerising Ionics).

Caraïbic Quest
(7 days Martinique-The grenadines)
A playful week on the ocean with serious undertow. We sail, we wander off the obvious, and we let distance do its quiet work: perspective. You’ll show up as founder and as person—strategy in one hand, humanity in the other—until the right question lands: what changes when you stop steering from habit and start steering with intent?

Some features of the boatlife.
We can go as competitive or relaxed as the crew prefers — always without compromising safety. Decisions are made together, but the captain has final authority on what is safe.
A good working atmosphere on board always prevails on just ticking the challenge box.
All onboard tasks rotate equally — from steering and sailing to cooking, anchoring and even playing captaining. The balance of mind and action is key to the experience.
Always off-grid — phones are stored away if needed to protect focus and presence. We avoid tourist traps entirely. This is about exploration, curiosity, and true discovery — not sightseeing.
No nautical experience required — just curiosity and a basic level of fitness. By the end of the journey, the crew is ready to compete in a regatta, and we always finish with a real race whenever possible.
The boats we use are state-of-the-art, spacious, and designed for comfort. On a sailing boat cabins are normally per 2 but we can limit the crew to have more privacy if preferred.
